Noelle Robinson Episode Art
"So many people come to us, and we're like a mini vacation amongst the chaos of life, which is really cool. That wasn't necessarily what I thought it was going to be, but to hear that I can drive five minutes and feel like I'm on vacation at a luxe resort. That's amazing."

Noelle Robinson is the founder and owner of The Sound Spa in St. Peters, MO, and a former teacher who discovered the transformative power of sound healing after years of chronic health struggles. Her expertise lies in sound immersion therapy, nervous system regulation, and helping people find healing through therapeutic vibrations using gongs, singing bowls, and other instruments. This episode explores her unexpected journey from teaching middle school to becoming a sound healer, and how she’s modernizing ancient healing practices to help people achieve deep relaxation and wellness in today’s chaotic world.

This show is perfect for anyone dealing with chronic pain, stress, anxiety, sleep issues, or those curious about alternative healing methods beyond traditional medicine. Listeners will learn about the science of entrainment, how sound waves can regulate the nervous system, and practical ways to prioritize self-care without guilt. Whether you’re a busy mom, overwhelmed professional, or someone seeking natural wellness solutions, you’ll discover how investing in your mental and physical well-being isn’t selfish—it’s essential for showing up as your best self for everyone around you.

Zoe Taylor: Serving Doctors While Saving Herself

“These are brilliant people. But they’ve been so hyper focused on their career path that they don’t have the greatest life skills. They don’t know how to manage their finances, they don’t know how to buy a house, they don’t know what to budget for.”

Ali Hogan: Rung For Women’s Ladder to Life Success

“What we’re really trying to create here is generational change. And when the kids are in our facility, seeing their moms doing this work, it shows them a completely different path. That, and to no fault of their moms. It just, it never seemed possible. So we’re possibility creators.”

Jenn Whitmer: From Toxic Leadership to Joyosity™

“You can only lead as far as you’ve healed, because until you start to recognize that, you will perpetuate the same mistakes that got you there before, either yourself or the leader that you were under. And that’s why the healing part is so important, because it comes up again and you’re like, okay, wait, this is what this is.”
